- You choose per pet: Private (only you), Unlisted (anyone with the link), or Public (listed and search-friendly). You can change it at any time.
- Who can leave tributes, and can I moderate them?
- Anyone who can view the page can leave a guestbook message or light a candle. Every tribute stays hidden until you approve it from your dashboard.
- What’s included in the memory book?
- The book is built automatically from your pet’s page — cover, their story, and photo pages — using the template you choose (Classic Keepsake or Modern Minimal).
- What’s the difference between the packages?
- The memorial page is free. The Digital package adds a downloadable PDF book. Softcover and Hardcover are printed books we produce and ship to you.
- Can I edit the page after creating it?
- Yes — you can update the story, photos, videos, and visibility whenever you like from your dashboard.
- How long does shipping take?
